REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. GENERAL POLICY
Pod50 is committed to providing a seamless booking experience for our clients. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds may be granted.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before their scheduled session without incurring any cancellation fees.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the booking amount.

No-shows or cancellations made after the session start time will not be eligible for any refund.
3. RESCHEDULING POLICY

Clients may reschedule their booking up to 48 hours before the original appointment at no additional cost.

Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking may be subject to an additional fee.

Rescheduling is subject to studio availability.
4. REFUND POLICY

Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

Cancellation made within the eligible timeframe as stated above.

Studio unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, facility maintenance).

Double charges or erroneous transactions.

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.

Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with services rendered unless a valid complaint is submitted and reviewed.
5. FORCE MAJEURE
Pod50 is not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions. In such cases, rescheduling options will be provided.
